Cory is a certified mastermind group facilitator  ​ A mastermind group is simply a meeting of highly motivated people who share a common goal and are looking to encourage and help each other IMPROVE. Mastermind groups have been around for a long time, but the phrase "mastermind group" was first coined by Napoleon Hill in his book Think and Grow Rich. He says, ​ 'The mastermind principle consists of an alliance of two or more minds working in perfect harmony for the attainment of a common definite objective. Success does not come without the cooperation of others" Napoleon hill ​ Joining a mastermind group has vast benefits. Some include: -Accountability and challenge -Leadership and developmental skills -Deep Networking -Confidence  -Training and Education -Increased profits -New perspectives -Feedback and brainstorming Although the mastermind definition might be simple, find the right group may not be. Mastermind groups are a supportive community that celebrates your wins and helps and understands your failures.  Mastering groups can often be referred to other names, I can tell you a GREAT mastermind group is NOT: -It is not a training class -It is not group coaching -It is not a networking event
